The Piedmont Environmental Council is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is active in nine counties and one city in the Virginia Piedmont: Albemarle, Charlottesville, Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Madison, Loudoun, Orange and Rappahannock.
