Victoria has been working with PEC since July 2021 as the Digitization Intern. She is digitizing and processing thousands of legal documents that pertain to the condemnation of private property in order to create the Shenandoah National Park in Madison County, Virginia. As a lifelong Madison County resident, this has been a very rewarding experience for her to work on preserving the county’s history.

Previously, Victoria has worked with digitizing registration logs and photographing artifacts in a private collection that belonged to the Grand Order of Odd Fellows Friendship Lodge #2121 in Madison, Virginia
in preparation for their gift to the Albert and Shirley Small Special Collections Library at the University of
Virginia.

Currently, she is in her last semester as a graduate student at Old Dominion University working toward
her Masters in Library and Information Science. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from
Old Dominion University as well.
