Conservation Lobby Day

The Virginia Conservation Network’s annual Conservation Lobby Day is your chance to lobby with fellow advocates in your district for the environmental action that matters most to you. We need advocates like you, now more than ever, to help maintain the environmental gains we made over the last two years – including the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, the Clean Economy Act, and Clean Car Standards. Leading up to Lobby Day, VCN will teach you how to lobby, share resources for environmental policy solutions, and schedule meetings with your legislators.

We will kick off this year’s Conservation Lobby Day at the Capitol Belltower from 8–9 AM. VCN will schedule your in-person meetings with your legislator and fellow advocates throughout the day (times TBD). Finally, we will wrap up at St. Paul’s to recap a day well spent and plan our next steps (12–1 PM). The details of your lobby meetings will be sent in the days leading up to Lobby Day.
