Solar Open House in Warrenton

April 22, 2023 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

How would you like to completely eliminate your monthly bills from Dominion Energy and have reserve backup power for all your critical household needs in the event of a power outage? Come see a solar photovoltaic (PV) power system designed and installed to do just that!  Meet representatives from The Piedmont Environmental Council and the Fauquier Climate Change Group who will explain how a growing grassroots movement toward solar PV systems on individual homes is a significant step forward in the long process of mitigating the consequences of global climate change. A representative of ProspectSolar, the PV system installer, will be present to demonstrate all the features of the system and to answer your questions regarding how a system can be tailored to meet your specific needs, and to explain the process and cost/benefits of “going solar.” And Cal and Kathy Hickey, the homeowners, will be there to share their experience with the process from start to finish.  We look forward to seeing you on Earth Day!

Event address: 183 North View Circle, Warrenton, Va.
