Rt. 50 Corridor Update / Community Meeting on July 12

In response to numerous land use issues along the Route 50 Corridor and the Middleburg area, The Piedmont Environmental Council invites you to join us for a community meeting at Buchanan Hall on July 12 at 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide residents with background and details around several complex local issues and to get your feedback.

The topics to be discussed are as follows:

– Boundary line adjustments/annexation and affordable housing discussion in Middleburg

– Renovation of the market at Gilberts Corner

– PEC acquisition of Aldie Assemblage

– Continued planning and preservation effort for St. Louis

– Glamping proposal on at Ashby Gap/Mount Weather

– Mickie Gordon Park cell tower

– Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance rewrite

– And other local land use issues
