Jessica Collins joined PEC in December of 2025 to support the finance team as Bookkeeper.

Jessica grew up in Fairfax County and developed a love of wildlife and the outdoors early on, as her family spent every summer hiking locally and in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. She graduated from Longwood University with a B.S. in Biology and obtained a M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from George Mason University in 2020. She has over eight years of bookkeeping experience and is excited to be joining PEC where she can merge two of her passions – conservation and finance.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys visiting local wineries and coffee shops, exploring new parks with her husband and kids, and snuggling on the couch with her two small dogs.
