Charlottesville Open House

May 4 @ 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Please join the Piedmont Environmental Council’s Charlottesville / Albemarle staff for an Open House on Monday, May 4, from 4 to 7 p.m. Address: 410 East Water Street, Suite 700, Charlottesville, VA

RSVP

This year, our staff is focused on various land use, conservation and transportation issues and opportunities, like implementing the Albemarle Comprehensive Plan, supporting conservation and protecting natural resources through conservation easements and grassland bird habitat creation, and expanding trails, bike lines and sidewalks and increasing access to the outdoors throughout Charlottesville and Albemarle — plus tackling regional challenges like data centers, energy infrastrcuture, PFAS-contamination and more.

Our location in the historic King Building, off of the Downtown Mall, serves as the home base for our work in the southern half of our nine-county region that extends north from Albemarle to Loudoun County. Drinks & light bites will be provided.
