General Assembly Preview & Watch Party

December 6 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Organized by Virginia Conservation Network

Learn what issues we expect to come up during the 2026 General Assembly session! This is your best chance to hear about anticipated environmental legislation from statewide environmental experts ahead of Virginia’s legislative session.

Join an in-person Regional Watch Party at one of the host locations across the state listed below (breakfast included!) or tune in online. PEC will host an in-person Watch Party at our headquarters office in Warrenton.

In-person tickets are $20. Breakfast and coffee will be provided starting around 9:00 a.m. After the program, in-person attendees will be able to network with other local community members and advocacy leaders during breakout conversations on how state level policy impacts decisions at the local level and how to make an impact!

Join a regional watch party near you in:

  • Arlington
  • Charlottesville
  • Harrisonburg
  • Leesburg
  • Nokesville
  • Reston
  • Richmond
  • Roanoke
  • Virginia Beach
  • Warrenton – At PEC office!

Joining online is free, but a donation of $20 is appreciated. Virtual attendees can tune in to the General Assembly Preview from 9:15 – 11 a.m. to hear all speaker presentations. Registration is required to receive the webinar link.
