John Marshall SWCD Conservation Updates Workshop

May 3, 2024 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Join John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District and partners to learn more about conservation programs available for your property in Fauquier County, Virginia!

Presentations will be provided by John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District, Natural Resources Conservation Service / Farm Service Agency, Virginia State University’s Small Farm Outreach Program, VA Department of Environmental Quality’s Agricultural Best Management Program Loan Program, VA Department of Forestry, The Piedmont Environmental Council, and Virginia Outdoors Foundation.

Attendees will also hear testimonials from landowners who have gone through the conservation practices to learn how the process translated on the ground.
