SUMMARY:Remington Community Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join The Remington Community Partnerships and local community partners The Piedmont Environmental Council\, Citizens for Fauquier County\, Protect Catlett and Protect Fauquier for a community meeting about proposed data centers and transmission lines in Remington.  \n\n\n\nLearn how Remington’s rich history and revitalization efforts are threatened by the surge of data center developments which would undermine the character\, charm and economic potential of the town. Remington residents\, conservation groups and others will explain how these developments threaten our quality of life and community-wide revitalization efforts. \n\n\n\nThere will be time for attendees to grab food and meet one another before the meeting begins at 7:00. The event will start with a few short presentations by the host organizations and include time for folks to ask questions and learn about actions they can take. \n\n\n\nSpace is limited. Please register here to guarantee your spot. Catered food and beverages will be provided. \n\n\n\nIf you have questions\, contact Fauquier County Land Use Field Representative Kevin Kask at kkask@pecva.org.
