DESCRIPTION:Help us close Bike Month out in style while raising money for a great cause! \n\n\n\nPlan to join us for the morning ride with Blue Ridge Cyclery’s Sunday Funday crew. The Bike valet will be on site afterwards so we can all take it easy and celebrate a wonderful May. This year we will announce the winners of the Bike Business Challenge at our Pour-it-Forward event with Random Row. \n\n\n\nThanks to Blue Ridge Cyclery anyone that brings a completed BIKE BINGO card will get a $20 coupon at their Downtown shop. SUMMARY:Birding Walk at Roundabout Meadows
DESCRIPTION:Join PEC for a guided birding walk through the Roundabout Meadows pastures and meadows. Possible sightings may include eastern meadowlarks\, field sparrows\, indigo buntings\, plus a variety of other grassland and shrubland species. \n\n\n\nThe walk will cover approximately 1 mile through rolling pastures and mowed trails\, so be sure to wear appropriate footwear and clothing for longer grass and uneven terrain. Participants should bring their own binoculars. This event is free but registration is required.
