Third Annual Rush River Clean Up

The Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection is pleased to spread the word about this upcoming event to help keep Rappahannock beautiful and protect our precious natural resources.

Join the Rappahannock County Park, Rappahannock Park Foundation, Friends of the Rappahannock, Old Rag Master Naturalists, and Master Gardeners for a Rush River clean up at the Rappahannock County Park.

Equipment and snacks will be provided, but wear clothing and shoes that you wouldn’t mind getting wet. Wear work gloves if you wish. All ages are welcome, but young children must be accompanied by an adult.

Friends of the Rappahannock will provide safety vests, grabbers and garbage bags. The Park Foundation will provide snacks and water.
