Loop De Ville Festival

September 25, 2021 @ 8:00 am 9:00 pm

If you love to walk, bike, or run on the Rivanna Trail, are curious about giving it a try, or just like hanging out by the river, this weekend has something for you!

The annual Loop de Ville, which normally takes place later in the year, has been moved earlier (to this Saturday) to take advantage of the nice weather and to coincide with National Public Lands Day. The festival includes guided walks, bike rides, and runs of various distances (including the full 20-mile loop). All events are family-friendly and appropriate for newcomers.

Later that evening, there will be music, food and drinks at the Rivanna River. It will be a great way to meet people and relax in a beautiful setting. PEC will have a table, as will many of our favorite partners including the Move2Health Equity Coalition and others. Stop by and say hello!
