David Fredenburgh joined PEC in the spring of 2019. Before joining PEC, David had over 40 years of experience managing finance and administration functions in both municipal governments and non-profit organizations. Among other things, he has served as Director of Finance & Administration for the IJIS Institute, Director of Programs for the National Criminal Justice Association, Director of Grants and Conference Services for the National District Attorneys Association and as the Annual Conference Coordinator for the National Fusion Center Association.

David holds a BA in political science from Grove City College, studied public administration at the Graduate School of Business & Public Administration - Cornell University and did Continuing Education studies in accounting at the State University of New York - New Paltz.

David and his wife, Joice, love to travel and especially enjoy visiting national, state and provincial parks and attempting to have authentic experiences and learning local histories in both urban and rural environments throughout the US and abroad.
