SCC Public Hearings in Winchester and Purcellville, Aug. 3-6

The State Corporation Commission heard public testimony on the PATH transmission line on August 3 & 4 at Handley High School in Winchester, and August 5 & 6 at Loudoun Valley High School in Purcellville.
