August 19, 2008- Read PEC and other organization's comments to the SCC regarding the Hearing Examiner's recommendation for approval of the transmission line.
July 28, 2008- The Hearing Examiner reviewing the transmission line proposal has recommended the line be approved conditioned on approval from both West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
After a July 9, 2008 hearing in Richmond the SCC Hearing Examiner indicated his decision would occur shortly. Find out more about the hearing here.
June 12 2008- New information has caused the SCC to reopen the transmission line record and require additional studies from Dominion and PJM.

Dec 2007- PEC has submitted the testimony of nine expert witnesses to the Virginia State Corporation Commission. These witnesses outline the many reasons this transmission line application should be denied.
