Being able to experience the beauty of wildlife and nature after a long day in the office reaffirms my daily work for land conservation.
Maggi joined PEC in June of 2008. A native of Fauquier County, she graduated from Fauquier High, attended George Mason University, and eventually received her BS in Urban Planning and Geography from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. While in college, Maggi was Vice President of the Urban Studies Student Association and participated in several mountain top removal marches. After graduation, she worked with the Department of Conservation and Recreation's Division of Natural Heritage in Richmond, Virginia before moving back to Warrenton. Maggi grew up and now lives on Wildcat Mountain, surrounded by protected land.
