Clean air is essential for strong agriculture, environmental protection and the public health. Pollution from stationary (industry, electric generators, etc.) and mobile (cars and trucks) sources threaten these resources and have a negative impact on Virginia's ability to meet many of its stated policy goals. Our activities focus on introducing policies that promote smart growth, strengthening of existing and future permits, laws and regulations and increasing awareness of current conditions that threaten the quality of life in Virginia.
