Water Quality Plan Development for Browns, Craig, and Marsh Runs
The Virginia Departments of Conservtaion and Recreation (DCR) and Environmental Quality (DEQ) seek public participation in the upcoming development of a Total Maximum Daily Load Implementation Plan to reduce previously documented high levels of bacteria in segments of Browns, Craig, and Marsh Runs in Fauquier County.
The meeting will include representatives from DCR, DEQ, Fauquier County, John Marshall Soil and Water Conservation District, Blue Ridge Environmental Solutions, Inc., Rappahannock-Rapidan Region commission, and others.
Meeting Details
The first public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Cedar Lee Middle School, 11138 Marsh Road (Route 17), Bealeton.
