In his spare time Rob is an avid hiker and trail runner.

Rob is a Senior Energy Policy Analyst in the Warrenton office. His focus is on energy issues and their impact on the Commonwealth.  Rob is a 1979 graduate of the University of South Dakota Law School. He has been a radio station manager, a general practice attorney, a Magistrate Judge and counsel to a telecommunications company. 

Rob came to PEC in 2007 to fight against Dominion and Allegheny Power’s TrAIL transmission line.  Since that time he has added alternative energy and uranium issues to his portfolio.
