PEC Kicks Off Buy Fresh Buy Local in Warrenton at First Friday Event June 5

(Warrenton, VA - May 26, 2009) Marking their second year of Buy Fresh Buy Local in Fauquier County, the Piedmont Environmental Council will kick off its second season at First Friday on Main Street in Warrenton on June 5. First Friday runs from 6 to 9 PM.

PEC will be distributing the 2009 Buy Fresh Buy Local Guide for the Northern Piedmont. Additionally, there will be a farmer's market, local wine tasting, music by Second Echo, a Petting Zoo, Face-Painting and homemade ice cream samples.
