PEC Files Notice of Appeal
November 5, 2008, PEC filed a notice of appeal with the Virginia Supreme Court protesting the SCC's decision to approve Dominion and Allegheny's unnecessary transmission line. Additionally, Fauquier, Culpeper, Prince William County, Virginia's Commitment, VSEP, and the PLA fled their intent to appeal.
