The State Corporation Commission Proceedings

The evidentiary case before the SCC began February 25, 2008 and concluded on March 18, 2008. Witnesses were heard from Dominion, TrAILCo and PJM Interconnection, as well as witnesses for the SCC Staff and Respondent parties such as PEC, Virginia's Commitment, Fauquier County, Prince William County, Oakwood et al. and the Powerline Landowners Alliance. Final Briefs were filed with the SCC on May 19.
